The double height living room bathed with natural light from the large sash windows one of which has been converted into glazed French doors leading to the new landscaped garden

The garden space is separated from the pavement with a timber louvre screen with mirrored panels mounted in the fence to ensure privacy but also to reflect light
The upper level to the garden was covered with Astro turf and lighting was introduced to highlight the tree at night
At the end of the garden a small hidey-house / den was constructed for the children
