The project
A new mezzanine with a glass balustrade sits inside the tall classroom volume, above the kitchen, leaving the big sash windows to light both levels. An open-tread stair leads up to it.
Below, a full wall of bookshelves faces the living space, and the bathrooms are new. Our drawings include the mezzanine structure and the floor build-up details.
